The 2003 boys continue to play a style all their own!
 

Today our #4 and #5 set a very high back line...testing our opposition, almost inviting them to test our defense.  The other team also began the game by playing a high defensive line.  The majority of the players were contained in the middle third of the field.

In the 13th minute we broke their defensive line and found the back of the net.  The battle in the middle third continued for the remaining 27 minutes until half time.

The second half saw our boys take control of the ball, and the middle and attacking thirds of the field.  Intelligence crushed the physical play of the opposing team and eventually crushed their spirit.  Three more deliberate and well executed scores were added to our sheet.  Tiki-taka + rondo play found a way to play out from our training sessions to the game's pitch.  
 

The coach couldn't be more proud of the team's determination, intelligence, and hard work in this match.  Well done 2003 boys!
